Fish Seller License
This is an official document issued by the General Authority for Fisheries, granting the holder the legal right to sell fish within the designated market through the approved public auction system. This document serves as an official license that regulates the selling process, ensures the seller’s compliance with established terms and regulations, and grants the holder priority in participating in the daily auction sessions. It aims to enhance transparency in commercial operations within the market and promote fairness in distribution among sellers.
Service application conditions
- Attach the required documents
- An unconditional bank guarantee issued by one of the operating banks in the Republic of Yemen and approved by the Central Bank of Yemen, valid for a period of fifteen (15) months and renewable, in favor of the General Authority for Fisheries in the Arabian Sea, starting from the date of application submission

- Proof of payment of the prescribed fees
Fees
- License fees: 5000 RY
- Renewal fees: 5000 RY

- Compliance with the decisions, regulations, and guidelines issued by the Ministry or the Authority is mandatory
