In a gesture of appreciation and recognition for their dedication and hard work during the year 2021, and under the patronage of Major General Faraj Salmeen Al-Bahsani, Vice President of the Presidential Leadership Council, Governor of Hadhramaut, and Commander of the Second Military Region, along with Major General Salem Abdullah Al-Saqatri, Minister of Agriculture, Irrigation, and Fisheries,
the General Authority for Fisheries in the Arabian Sea, represented by its Chairman, Engineer Yeslam Saeed Bablghoom, organized an honorary ceremony to celebrate the distinguished employees of 2021.

Engineer Bablghoom opened the ceremony with a speech expressing his pride in all members of the Authority, affirming that honoring the outstanding and exemplary employees is, in essence, an acknowledgment of the efforts of all staff who contributed to achieving remarkable accomplishments despite the challenges facing the fisheries sector.

He noted that this recognition stands as a moment of gratitude for the sincere efforts of the employees, emphasizing that the achievements made during the past period were the result of teamwork, dedication, and responsibility in fulfilling their duties with excellence.

Engineer Bablghoom further explained that the selection process for this recognition was based on performance evaluation results and the level of achievement in carrying out assigned tasks across the Authority’s various departments and branches.
He confirmed that the management of the Authority will continue conducting regular evaluations of all staff members and will honor outstanding employees on a recurring basis, as part of its efforts to enhance performance and improve service quality in the fisheries sector. He also noted that this ceremony will become an annual tradition.

For their part, the honored employees expressed their deep gratitude to the Authority’s leadership for this thoughtful gesture, describing it as a motivation to continue working diligently, contributing to institutional development and service improvement.
